Usher’s touch has helped Missy Elliott with migraines.

Usher has helped Missy manage her migraine problems. The “Get Ur Freak On” rapper shared how on Twitter/X. “Big up my fam @Usher who came to not just one of my shows but TWO & hopefully 3,” Missy wrote on July 31.

“What ppl don’t know is I suffer migraines and I performed yesterday in ATL with the WORST migraine nauseated & all & he came back stage & did pressure points on my hands yes he do it all.”

Missy added behind-the-scenes pictures to her expression of gratitude as proof of Usher’s awesomeness. In them, fans see Usher touching Missy’s hands, sitting with her, and embracing her with huge smiles.

What’s not to love about Usher?

Stimulating pressure points is a natural treatment for migraines, according to Healthline. The practice is based on Chinese medicine and reflexology, where pressing “specific spots on the back of the neck, face, shoulders, and hands may help relieve headaches.”

Those who believe in Chinese medicine and reflexology have seen “overall improvements in health, restored balance, and eased pain.”

Missy is one of many across the globe who suffer from migraines. The Migraine Research Foundation reports that migraines affect more than 39 million Americans, and women are three times more likely to get migraines than men.

Common triggers for extreme headaches can include stress, hormonal changes, lack of sleep, and more. Acupuncture, pharmaceutical intervention, and exercise are all ways patients thrive while managing the condition.

Missy, who is slaying her first headlined North America tour with Ciara, Timbaland, and Busta Rhymes, has been candid about health problems on her wellness journey. She shared stories about migraines and other health challenges and constantly empowers others with her voice and authenticity.

Missy remains a superwoman who is “Supa Dupa Fly” – and obviously – super loved. See an exciting Instagram recap from her most recent sold-out tour stop in Atlanta.
